Watches

What's the difference between quartz and automatic movements?
Quartz watches run on a battery and are the most accurate for everyday use. Automatic (mechanical) watches wind themselves through wrist motion — no battery ever. Automatic movements are prized for craftsmanship and longevity. All watch listings at Shop at Roger clearly label the movement type.

What does BAR/ATM water resistance mean?
3BAR = splash and rain only. 5BAR = swimming. 10BAR = snorkeling and swimming. 20BAR+ = diving. We list water resistance on every watch product page so you know exactly what you're getting.

What is a tourbillon?
A tourbillon is a rotating cage in a mechanical movement designed to counteract gravity's effect on timekeeping accuracy. It's the highest grade of mechanical watchmaking — and you can usually see it working through the open dial.

What is sapphire crystal glass?
Sapphire crystal is the hardest watch glass available (9 on the Mohs scale, just below diamond). It's highly scratch-resistant and used in quality watches. Mineral glass scratches more easily. All our premium watches use sapphire crystal — it's listed in the specs on every product page.

Do you sell women's watches?
Our current watch catalog is primarily men's styles, though many designs are worn across genders. Check the Luxury Watches collection — filter by price or style to find what works for you.


Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders process in 1–3 business days. US standard delivery: 5–10 business days. US expedited: 2–5 business days. International: 10–21 business days.

Will I get tracking?
Yes. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as the order ships. If it doesn't arrive within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email us.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to select countries. Note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import fees charged by your government — those are the buyer's responsibility.


Returns & Refunds

What's the return window?
30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging.

How do I start a return?
Email support@shopatroger.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label and instructions. Don't ship without contacting us first.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. Now what?
Email us right away with your order number and a photo. We'll either replace it or refund you in full — your call.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.


Payment & Security

Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All payments go through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal where available.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price at checkout is what you pay. International buyers may face customs fees from their government — we have no control over those.


Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — if you reach us before the order ships (typically within 1–3 business days). Once it's with the carrier we can't intercept it, but you can return it under our 30-day policy.
