Shipping

Processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays).

Domestic (United States)

Standard: 5–10 business days
Expedited: 2–5 business days

International. 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties charged by your country — these are the buyer's responsibility, not ours.

Tracking. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it within 3 business days of ordering, check spam or email us.

Lost or delayed packages. If your package is significantly delayed or marked lost by the carrier, email support@shopatroger.com and we'll work to resolve it.

Returns

30-day return window. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Condition. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return. Email support@shopatroger.com or call (470) 502-6207. We'll send a return shipping label and instructions. Don't ship anything back without contacting us first — returns sent without a request won't be accepted.

Damaged or wrong item? Email us right away with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full — your call.

Refund timing. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the credit.

Non-returnable items. Perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards can't be returned.

Exchanges. Fastest path: return the item you have, and once accepted, place a separate order for what you actually want.
